I got on the scale this morning and weighed it at 123.0 kgs. That is really all I have this morning.

First Premium Show is in the books

NormAtNite is back in prime time. I did my first premium show last nite and it was a lot fun. I walked two miles today and weighed in at 123,55 kg, I feel really good about that. I will keep it up!
